I’m a design leader with nearly 15 years of experience shaping UX/UI across startups, scale-ups, and global enterprises. Currently, I lead design at Jedox.com, where I built and scaled the design organization—spanning research, design systems, and cross-functional operations and where I work closely with executives leadership to drive strategic initiatives and business impact.

Previously, I designed and led teams at Volkswagen, SAP, and other key players in the Tel Aviv and Berlin tech ecosystems.

I also founded the Israeli-German Tech Community, now over 1,000 members strong, and outside of work, I’m an admittedly average indoor climber and an unapologetic fan of bitter coffee.
